The OSHA Recordkeeping area on Safetylogic provides a robust tool for any organization to manage their injury and illness records. Below we have listed out the key features and benefits:

Online OSHA Recordkeeping Reports

Lists recorded injuries and illnesses for a location for OSHA recordable incidents, non-OSHA recordable incidents, or for all incidents.
Includes fields from the Injury Illness Incident Forms presented per OSHA recordkeeping rules. The fields displayed are number of cases with lost workdays, number of lost workdays, number of cases with restricted workdays, number of restricted workdays, number of fatalities, number of other OSHA Recordable incidents, and OSHA non-Recordable incidents separated out by injury or illness incidents.
This report returns summary/totals information on injury / illness incidents. The fields included in this report are total number of incidents, number of injuries, number of illnesses, number of fatalities, number of injuries without lost workdays, number of illnesses without lost workdays, number of lost workdays, and number of restricted workdays.
Allows you to run a report, by location, that lists the incident rate and the DART rate (Days Away Restricted Time).

The incident rate is calculated by taking the total number of injuries and illnesses, multiplying by 200,000 and then dividing that number by the hours worked.

The DART rate is calculated by taking the the total number of injuries and illnesses with lost days and/or restricted time, multiplying by 200,000 and then dividing that number by the hours worked.
Allows you to run 200 and 300 style forms for a specific time period (quarters, years, months, etc.). The form that is generated is for internal use only and should not be used as an official OSHA form.
Allows you to generate the 101 and 301 forms in both official OSHA format and Safetylogic format. Both forms are displayed in an Adobe format and can be saved to your local computer or printed out.
