OSHA Recordkeeping: How It Works For You

How to use Online OSHA Recordkeeping

The OSHA Recordkeeping feature allows you to easily track and record injuries and illnesses that occur at site locations. Safetylogic makes OSHA Recordkeeping easy & efficient and provides a powerful tool for management!

The forms are easy to complete.

The user clicks on the appropriate link in the application selecting either "Add New Report" or "Review Past Report."

When adding a new report, the information is entered directly into the form. If the accident is OSHA recordable, a click automatically populates the appropriate OSHA forms. If you are unsure about whether or not an injury or illness is recordable, OSHA recordkeeping guideline links are included.

Our system also allows you to review and edit past reports, as well as view a summary of your recorded reports.

Clicking on the Case Number of a completed form will allow you to update and review your answers. The completed forms can then be displayed as a PDF - including OSHA Forms 101, 200, 300, 300A, and 301.

Completed OSHA forms as Adobe PDFs.
