Action Items: Frequently Asked Questions

Below we have listed some common questions about our Action Items feature. If you have other questions, please don't hesitate to contact us!

Q. How do I track who an action item is assigned to?
A. By running an action item report, you can see who an action item has been assigned to at an individual location.

Q. How can I follow action items that are overdue?
A. By running the action item report you can see which items are overdue at a location. Administrators can then send a follow up action item to that location reminding them to complete all overdue action items.

Q. When I send an action item how do users know that they received a new action item in Safetylogic?
A. The Safetylogic system will send an email to that user informing them of the new action item they received.

Q. How can I track action items I assigned to myself?
A. The Safetylogic system allows you to create personal action items and enter in resolutions when they are completed.

Q. Can non-Safetylogic users get action items?
A. Yes... you can email action items to non-Safetylogic users. Once they complete the action item they simply email the resolution back to you and you resolve the action item in Safetylogic.

Q. Is there a report that I can run to see all of the completed and non-completed Action Items?
A. Yes, there is an Action Items report that tracks, by location and by time period, all of the completed and non-completed action items.
