Action Items: How It Works For You

How the Action Items Feature Works

The Action Item feature allows users to manage Action Items that have been generated from Audits, Safety Meetings, Administrator distributions, or created by the user. Each Action Item will list the date it was assigned, the action to take, the due date, and the employee that the action item has been assigned to.

Action Items in Safetylogic can be emailed to any employee to complete. The email will included the action to take, the due date, and specific instructions to notify the appropriate person when the action item is complete.


Action Items can be easily emailed to any employee to resolve.

To remove an Action Item from your Open Items list you need to complete, or "resolve" the task. Once you type in a resolution and click "Submit," the Action Item is updated and removed from your Open Items List. As Action Items are completed administrators can run reports to see which locations have incomplete, complete, or overdue Action Items.


Reports can be run to track the status of Action Items at each site.
