Audits/Self Assessments: How It Works For You

How the Audits/Self Assessment feature works:
The Audit / Self Assessment feature allows you to easily track and record audits and self assessments that are done at site locations. Safetylogic makes conducting audits/self assessments easy!

The Conduct Audit feature provides you with an online method to help guide and record inspections of a procedure, facility, program, practice, and almost any other activity or physical item requiring an evaluation for compliance or quality. You can either choose to conduct already prepared Safetylogic audits or choose from your own audits that have been placed on the system. The user clicks on the appropriate to view the audits for that category. Company specific audits can also be loaded to Safetylogic.

Open the "Conduct Audit" menu in the application, and select the desired audit from the list.

Once you select a audit category the list of audits for that category will be display.

You can also load an audit onto a Mobile PC or a laptop for completion with being connected to the Internet. Once you have completed the audit, simply synch back up to the Internet and it will be recorded for your location.

Once an audit is completed and submitted, it is validated by the system. Questions answered with a "non-preferred" response, indicating an area out of compliance, result in Action Items appearing on the locations Open Items list.

Action Items generated from Audits will have the word Audit in front of the action item. The action item can then be assigned to an employee and given a due date.

This eliminates the possibility that an area of non-compliance could be forgotten or slip through the cracks. It also saves the time it would take to generate and send the necessary action item to the individuals involved.
