Improving Compliance and Increasing Awareness

The Safetylogic Audit/Self-Assessment feature allows audits, assessments, and surveys to be conducted using printed checklists, online checklists, or handheld computers. Assessment checklists can be downloaded to handheld computers, laptops or personal computers from Safetylogic. Or a printed checklist can be produced and used. Once completed, the assessments can be uploaded to the Safetylogic system and are immediately available for review and consolidated reporting.

Additionally, your self-assessment checklists that are used for loss prevention or other physical condition inspections can be loaded into Safetylogic and administered, taking advantage of Safetylogic's reporting and tracking features. Safetylogic's audit/self-assessment feature accepts checklist questions with many different answer formats including yes/no, true/false, multiple choice, radio buttons, and short- and long-text answers. The questions can include references to specific OSHA regulations or your company's best practices, policies, and procedures that are posted on the your Intranet or in Safetylogic.

Action items can be automatically generated when a follow-up action is needed to correct a potential deficiency, closing the loop and allowing for tracking of not only the assessment results, but also the improvements initiated.
