How the Message Board Feature Works

The Message Board feature allows users to post questions or comments to the system. Once a question or message is posted managers and other users can then post answers or suggestions to the questions.

The Company Forum gives users an easy tool to communicate questions throughout your organization.

When using the Message Board users can create a new topic or respond to questions that have already been posted under an existing subject. They can also use the search feature to find specific information they are looking for.

Users can see the topics and questions currently posted to the Message Board.

By clicking on a topic within a folder, users can view the question or information posted. To post a reply to a message simply click the reply button. There are also previous and next buttons to allow users to navigate through all the messages posted for a specific topic.
