Implementation Process for New Clients

During the implementation process for both Online Safety Management and Online Employee Training, a Safetylogic Implementation Specialist will be your first point of contact throughout the duration of the implementation and set-up phase of your account. You will need to identify an Administrator (SuperUser) to work with Safetylogic as a first point of contact.

While the implementation process will be reviewed with you and finalized, an overview of Safetylogic's structured implementation approach is listed below.

Kick-off conference call

  • Safetylogic and your team members convene to clarify processes, goals, and deliverables
  • Introduction of team contacts
  • Explanation of implementation process
  • Initial discussion regarding expectations and goals of the project
  • Designation of SuperUsers

 

Information gathering

  • You provide Safetylogic with general company information and hierarchy, contact information, and all content to be loaded

 

Content review

  • Safetylogic reviews and loads all content, and customizes application as defined in requirements

 

Training plan developed

  • Safetylogic trains your designated SuperUsers via phone/web based training
  • Safetylogic develops a schedule to train all other designated employees

 

Getting Started packets distributed electronically

  • Safetylogic sends materials to SuperUsers for distribution to all other employees

 

Safetylogic training initiated

  • Administrators receive phone/web based training
  • All other employees access the Safetylogic Online Tutorial (SLOT) or other written training materials

 

Implementation process and training completed

  • All additional employees and current employees requiring additional training will access the Online Tutorial or other written training materials

 

Service/Support

  • Ongoing support is provided to all your SuperUsers, administrators, and employees

 

During the implementation process Safetylogic will provide you with all the necessary documentation, training materials, and templates in order to complete the setup of your account.
